Fair treatment matters for every homeowner contacting Attendingmaybe Floor Coating. If your experience raises a concern, we want to understand it. This page explains how to report a problem and how we handle it. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Concerns We Can Hear

You can contact us about:

• Your experience during a call or message with Attendingmaybe Floor Coating
• Our use or protection of your personal information
• Website information that appears incorrect or unclear
• The conduct of a provider referred through our service

When the Concern Involves Floor Work

Providers in our network are separate businesses. Each manages its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. For a problem with completed floor coating work, first write to the provider and retain copies of your correspondence.

Let us know, too. Reports help us assess whether providers meet expectations. A provider with repeated shortcomings may be removed from the network. Attendingmaybe Floor Coating cannot resolve contractual disputes, handle warranty claims, return money charged by a provider or represent that provider.

Details to Include

Send your complaint to contact@attendingmaybe.skin with:

• Your name and ways to contact you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number used or form submitted, if remembered
• The provider's business name, if you know it
• A brief description of the issue and the resolution you seek

How We Handle Your Message

We acknowledge complaints by email, usually within a few business days. We then examine the concern. This may involve discussing it with the provider. Afterward, we explain our findings and any action we intend to take.

If You Need Another Review

If our response leaves the issue unresolved, reply to request another review. You may also contact your state's attorney general, a consumer protection office or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, the state licensing board may be another source of help.
